Pelatihan Budidaya Selada Secara Hidroponik

Abstract

Selada merupakan sayuran yang sangat disukai oleh penduduk dan dapat dibudidayakan dengan hidroponik. Penduduk Desa Pucang di Kabupaten Banjarnegara saat ini tidak memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang diperlukan untuk budidaya selada hidroponik yang mahir. Penduduk setempat berpendapat bahwa budidaya hidroponik tanaman ini menimbulkan tantangan yang signifikan. Oleh karena itu, sangat penting untuk memotivasi masyarakat melalui pelatihan instruksional tentang budidaya selada hidroponik yang difasilitasi oleh kelompok wanita tani. Inisiatif pengabdian masyarakat ini dirancang untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan warga Desa Pucang dalam budidaya selada hidroponik. Metodologi yang digunakan meliputi penyebaran materi teoritis, aplikasi praktis, dan penilaian hasil yang dicapai oleh peserta dalam program pengabdian masyarakat. Konten pendidikan mencakup kerangka teoritis seputar hidroponik. Sesi praktis difokuskan pada budidaya hidroponik tanaman selada. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat menunjukkan keberhasilan pencapaian tujuan, yang dibuktikan dengan peningkatan rata-rata pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta melebihi 70%, yaitu mulai dari 65%-90% dengan rata-rata 79% untuk pengetahuan dan dari 60%-90% dengan rata-rata 77% untuk keterampilan.
