Pengaruh Praktik Kerja Industri dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kesiapan Kerja

Abstract

<p>Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui 1) Pengaruh praktik kerja industri dan prestasi belajar kewirausahaan secara bersama-sama terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa SMK Negeri di Kabupaten Sumedang. 2) Pengaruh praktik kerja industri terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa SMK Negeri di Kabupaten Sumedang. 3) Pengaruh prestasi belajar kewirausahaan terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa SMK Negeri di Kabupaten Sumedang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan <em>ex post facto</em> dengan sampel sebanyak 115 siswa. Analisis hipotesis statistik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan 1) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan praktik kerja industri dan prestasi belajar kewirausahaan secara bersama-sama terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa SMK Negeri di Kabupaten Sumedang. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai sig. = 0,000 &lt; 0,05 dan F <sub>hitung</sub> = 62, 927. 2) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan praktik kerja industri terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa SMK Negeri di Kabupaten Sumedang. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai sig. = 0,000 &lt; 0,05 dan t<sub>hitung</sub> = 10,845. 3) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan prestasi belajar kewirausahaan terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa SMK Negeri di Kabupaten Sumedang. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai sig. = 0,025 &lt; 0,05 dan t<sub>hitung</sub> = 2,265.</p>
