Aplicación para calendarizar cargas de trabajo en maquinaria de producción textil

Abstract

Mediante la investigación se logró el desarrollo y evaluación de una herramienta de software que aplica principios del modelo de asignación clásica y de asignación balanceada para apoyar la generación del calendario de producción en la maquinaria del área de tejido en empresas textiles. El trabajo de investigación se enfocó tanto en aspectos cuantitativos como cualitativos. Se aplicó en una empresa anónima durante el periodo enero-julio de 2014. La metodología general de la investigación se realizó en fases y los indicadores a seguir fueron: porcentaje total de tiempo muerto, grado de estandarización del procedimiento y grado de satisfacción de los encargados de producción respecto al objetivo de generar la calendarización en máquinas de tejido. Se obtuvieron resultados positivos al minimizar tiempos muertos en uso de maquinaria y lograr la estandarización del procedimiento para realizar las labores de calendarización en la empresa.
