Deslaboralización y constitución del emprendedorismo popular en el conurbano bonaerense

Abstract

Este artículo se inscribe en los estudios que abordan las redefiniciones contemporáneas del trabajo frente a la erosión del empleo pleno de derechos. Se analiza la constitución del emprendedorismo popular en Argentina como una forma emergente de inserción laboral en el marco de la tendencia deslaboralizadora y de los programas sociolaborales inspirados en el paradigma del capital humano. A partir del estudio de caso de una incubadora municipal del conurbano bonaerense y mediante un enfoque cualitativo, se examina cómo estos programas promovieron procesos de formación orientados al gerenciamiento de sí mismo y a la adquisición de competencias emprendedoras. Dichos procesos expresan una apropiación y reelaboración activa del discurso managerial por parte de los/as emprendedores/as, mediada por el uso de plataformas digitales y por la valorización de la autonomía en la organización del trabajo. El estudio aporta elementos para comprender las modalidades emergentes del trabajo popular en la era digital y las tensiones entre autonomía, intensificación y capacidad de agencia de los/as actores/as.
