La estructura argumentativa del managment: análisis desde los estudios críticos de la gestión

Abstract

La proliferación de la oferta académica vinculada a la gestión y administración superó ampliamente su marco de origen signado por el ámbito empresarial. Se pueden encontrar espacios de formación dentro de áreas diferentes como el ambiente, la cultura, el turismo, la educación, el Estado, la salud, que tienen como objeto central de estudio la gestión y administración. De manera análoga también podemos hablar del crecimiento de publicaciones, de diferentes características, donde se desarrollan temáticas vinculadas a procesos administrativos, toma de decisiones, etc. (Fernandez Rodríguez, 2007). Dicha proliferación, de lo que podemos denominar campo disciplinar del managment, contiene en su trayectoria y consolidación las profundas transformaciones del neoliberalismo en su lógica de acumulación, y la emergencia de mandos medios o cuadros técnicos-intelectuales en su rol de “conciliador” entre capital y trabajo. En este sentido, el campo disciplinar del managment, opera en una dimensión técnica y otra simbólica, es decir, configura y estructura procedimientos de la organización productiva al tiempo que redefine y delimita un modo de racionalidad que borra las identidades colectivas e incide en la subjetividad de los trabajadores (du Gay, 2003, p. 251; Delfini y Spinosa, 2008, p. 13).
