La celestina. El motivo de la caída y la estructura del discurso

Abstract

Al leer La Celestina se advierte que con insistencia se recurre al motivo de la caída. Ejemplos introducidos en el Prólogo y en los versos acrósticos lo ponen de manifiesto y llaman la atención del lector sobre esta imagen que será reiterada de diversas maneras en el desarrollo de los actos. Estas circunstancias hacen pensar que el autor conscientemente puso énfasis en el simbolismo de la caída y que se sirvió de él para señalar su creencia en determinado sistema axiológico.
