EFEITO DA TERMOTERAPIA SOBRE A ANTRACNOSE EM MARACUJÁ AMARELO

Abstract

Objetivou-se a utilização da termoterapia para o controle da antracnose (Colletotrichum gloeosporioides) na cultura do maracujá. Foi realizada a inoculação do patógeno em frutos de maracujá, mantidos em condições de câmara úmida por 24 h, e então submetidos aos tratamentos térmicos. Os frutos tratados foram imersos em água aquecida em banho-maria à 45, 50 e 55 ºC durante 5, 10 e 15 min, seguido de resfriamento em água à temperatura ambiente por 5 min. Utilizou-se o delineamento inteiramente casualizado com quatro repetições, dispostos em esquema fatorial 3 x 3 (três temperaturas e três tempos). Foram avaliadas incidência (I) e severidade (S) da doença aos 0, 4, 8 e 12 dias após os tratamentos (DAT). Os dados foram submetidos à análise de variância e as médias comparadas pelo teste LSD (P≤ 0,05). Todos os frutos analisados foram suscetíveis à antracnose, nos diferentes tratamentos, no entanto, a termoterapia utilizando banho-maria a 45 ºC por 15 min, pode ser utilizada como um método alternativo no controle pós-colheita da antracnose em frutos de maracujá amarelo.
