Abstract

Shalat merupakan rukun islam (pondasi wajib bagi orang-orang beriman dan merupakan dasar dari kehidupan muslim), yang telah ditentukan waktu pengerjaanya. Terkadang dalam melaksanakan shalat masih terdapat hal-hal yang menyita pikiran sehingga membuat orang yang melaksanakan shalat menjadi tidak fokus. Terutama orang-orang yang memiliki ingatan yang lemah, anak-anak, orang lanjut usia mereka memiliki masalah baik dalam mengingat berapa kali telah melaksanakan raka’at shalat. Bertujuan untuk membuat suatu alat yang dapat mengetahui jumlah raka’at shalat agar orang yang melaksanakan shalat tidak akan terlupa akan berapa jumlah raka’at shalat yang telah dilakukan, baik kelebihan ataupun kurangnya raka’at yang telah dikerjakan. Alat tersebut bekerja dengan cara ketika sujud maka sensor ultrasonic akan mendeteksi adanya pantulan gelombang ultrasonic mengenai bagian kepala, kemudian dengan cara melakukan sujud, sebanyak 2 kali terhitung menjadi 1 raka’at shalat. Angka pertama pada saat sujud dengan perhitungan ganjil maka angka tersebut akan ditampilkan pada 7 segment display dengan kondisi segment pada arduino membentuk angka dan berkedap-kedip. Sebaliknya jika melakukan sujud hitungan genap maka angka yang tertampil pada 7 segment display tidak berkedip. Dari pengambilan data didapatkan bahwa percobaan dengan menempatkan 2 orang bersebelahan dengan sajaddah masing-masing, didapati bahwa alat tidak menghitung sujud orang yang melaksanakan shalat disebelahnya.
