Traducción, campo literario y sistema teatral en Galicia. Un marco teórico e histórico

Abstract

En este trabajo proponemos un marco teórico e histórico para el estudio de lo que ha sido la traducción de obra dramática en Galicia, sea en la perspectiva literaria sea en la escénica, situando como telón de fondo el proceso de configuración y reconfiguración de un campo literario y de un sistema teatral nacional desde finales del siglo diecinueve. Un proceso que desde sus inicios se configura como movimiento de lucha contra la hegemonía, que afirma su condición contrahegemónica y que incide en la producción editorial y en la teatral pero también en la consideración que la obra traducida pueda tener, sea como afirmación sea como indicio de colonización. Del análisis de los aspectos más significativos de ese trasvase textual se perfilan, como conclusión, aspectos básicos de la que debiera ser una política institucional de estudio y fomento de la traducción en Galicia.
