Perancangan Enterprise Architecture Menggunakan Togaf (Studi Kasus: SMA Maria Mediatrix)

Abstract

SMA Maria Mediatrix adalah salah satu Lembaga Pendidikan di Indonesia. Lembaga pendidikan itu sendiri adalah lembaga yang menyelenggarakan kegiatan pendidikan, pengajaran, dan pembelajaran. Dalam kegiatan bisnisnya SMA Maria Mediatrix saat ini belum memiliki arsitektur sistem informasi yang terintegrasi dan belum sepenuhnya mendukung proses bisnis yang ada pada SMA Maria Mediatrix, seperti proses Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru (PPDB), perencanaan program pembelajaran, dan aktivitas lainnya, yang masih dilakukan dengan cara pencatatan atau pengelolaan secara konvesional dengan menggunakan Leger, Microsoft Excel dan Microsoft Word, Hal ini dikarenakan SMA Maria Mediatrix saat ini belum menggunakan dan memaksimalkan penggunaan teknologi informasi dan sistem informasi yang dapat mempermudah pengelolaan data yang beragam di SMA Maria Mediatrix. Oleh karena itu, perancangan arsitektur bisnis SMA Maria Mediatrix dibutuhkan untuk menyelaraskan proses bisnis. Penelitian ini dimulai dengan pengumpulan data dengan melakukan wawancara, observasi, dan studi literatur, Selanjutnya melakukan analisis menggunakan kerangka kerja TOGAF. Hasil dari penelitian ini, berupa cetak biru yang merupakan usulan aplikasi-aplikasi untuk SMA Maria Mediatrix, diharapkan dengan diusulkannya aplikasi-aplikasi tersebut dapat membantu SMA Maria Mediatrix dalam menyelaraskan proses bisnis dengan baik serta dapat mencapai tujuan bisnis. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah dengan perancangan arsitektur menggunakan metode TOGAF ADM dapat menyelaraskan kegiatan proses bisnis SMA Maria Mediatrix.
