Analisa umur pahat karbida dengan menggunakan Bahasa pemograman C++

Abstract

Dalam suatu proses pemesinan suatu jenis pahat hanya bisa dipakai secara optimum bagi suaiu jenis benda kerja dan kondisi pemesinan tertentu pula. Perhitungan dan penentuan lamanya pemakaian suatu jenis pahat (umur pahat) besar pengaruhnya terhadap kualitas geometri benda hasil proses. Sebelum suatu proses pemesinan dilakukan terlebih dahulu direncanakan kondisi pemesinan dengan memperhatikan vartabel-variabel seperli kecepatan potong, gerak makan, ke dalaman potong dan juga umur pahat. Perhitungan dan penentuan kondisi pemesinan yang optimum yang biasanya akan memakan waktu lama yang akibatnya akan menambah waktu produksi. Untuk efisiensi waktu perencanaan salah satunya bisa dilakukan dengan cara membuat program perhiiungan umur pahat dengan menggunakan bahasa pemograman Borland C++, yang secara otomatis dapat menentukan umur pahat berdasarkan kondisi proses pemesinan yang diinputkan. Program ini nantinya akan bermanfaat bagi programer/operator mesin untuk. mempersingkat waktu perencanaan sehingga akan menekan waktu produksi secara keseluruhan.
