
This research aims to determine the influence of discipline and the factors that most influence the work performance of employees at the Bulukumba Regency Education, Youth and Sports Department. The research sample consisted of 24 people consisting of permanent employees and non-permanent employees. The method used in the research is the simple random sampling method. Partial test results show that discipline has a significant and positive effect on work performance for employees of the Bulukumba Regency Education, Youth and Sports Service.
