Revisión de herramientas para la gestión de requisitos: un aporte al aseguramiento de la calidad del software

Abstract

Dado que en un proyecto de software se puede llegar a identificar un considerable número de requisitos, el hacer uso de software especializado que agilice y facilite el trabajo con los mismos puede evitar inconvenientes al momento de gestionarlos. El no hacerlo, con frecuencia genera consecuencias negativas en el proyecto tales como retrasos en las entregas, aumento de los costos y difícil trazabilidad. Lo anterior, permite comprender la importancia de las herramientas para la gestión de requisitos en el desarrollo de proyectos software y su aporte en el aseguramiento de la calidad. El objetivo de este artículo es dar a conocer una revisión sistemática de herramientas empleadas para la gestión de requisitos que permita establecer las principales características de un modelo automatizado para el Aseguramiento de la Calidad de los Requisitos, trabajo futuro de la investigación. Finalmente, se presentan los resultados y principales conclusiones obtenidas, entre las que se destaca la predominancia en el uso de herramientas libres por las Mipymes desarrolladoras, debido a los costos de licenciamiento.
