A s business angel becomes a hotpot and an essential financing source to SMEs nowadays, fully understanding business angel could be necessary for the further development of business angel, especially in China. Because of the relatively completed system of angel investment, business angel in the UK is selected to be reviewed. From a macro-perspective, three key components such as networks, government support and approaches to access of business angel in the UK are reviewed. Afterwards, many feasible advices to the further development of business angel are provided in the end.
