Abstract

非定常下の標準的散気性能測定法である「亜硫酸ソーダ法」の測定過程で,「ガス収支法」の手法を適用することによって,通気排ガス中の酸素濃度変化を測定することができる。亜硫酸ソーダ法測定の初期段階では,液中の溶存酸素濃度が急速に零に達するのに対して,排ガス中の酸素濃度はゆっくり減少して最低値に達する。総括酸素移動容量係数KLa,または溶存酸素濃度C=0における酸素溶解効率η0を,この最低酸素濃度zmから導くことができるのである。磁器製散気板の散気性能測定実験を行い,実験結果から得られた同一条件下のガス収支および亜硫酸ソーダ両法の値を比較し,統計学的検定の結果両者が一致することがわかった。実操業下の性能測定法としては現実的にはガス収支法しかないので,ここに得られた結論は実際のエアレーションタンクでの測定に対して大きな意味をもつと考えられる。
