PORNOGRAFIA DA VINGANÇA AO ESTUPRO VIRTUAL

Abstract

O avanço das tecnologias digitais trouxe facilidade para as interações sociais, mas também favoreceu a prática de crimes virtuais como a pornografia de vingança e o estupro virtual. Nessas situações, fotos e vídeos íntimos são divulgados sem consentimento, causando intensos danos psicológicos e sociais às vítimas, geralmente mulheres, expondo-as a estigmas e julgamentos morais. Para combater esses crimes, é necessário educar a sociedade sobre o respeito à privacidade e o consentimento, fortalecer as leis contra delitos virtuais, oferecer apoio especializado às vítimas e investir em tecnologias que protejam a privacidade online. Além disso, mudanças culturais são essenciais para rejeitar a objetificação das mulheres e promover relações baseadas no respeito e empatia, visando uma sociedade mais segura e igualitária. Palavras-chave: crimes digitais, privacidade, pornografia de vingança, violência virtual, dignidade sexual, apoio à vítima, respeito, mudança cultural.
