Com o intuito de apoiar os profissionais da educação pública do Espírito Santo (mais especificamente os professores) no que diz respeito à valorização salarial e ao cumprimento do Piso Nacional na carreira do magistério, a publicação foi desenvolvida com base na pesquisa intitulada “A atuação do SINDIUPES frente aos desafios e perspectivas salariais dos profissionais do magistério do ES”, realizada no Programa de Pós-Graduação em Mestrado Profissional em Ciência, Tecnologia e Educação da UNIVC.
