PROTOCOLO CLÍNICO: TERAPIA NUTRICIONAL ENTERAL DOMICILIAR

Abstract

Os cuidados em Terapia Nutricional (TN), que ja tem eficacia comprovada em ambiente hospitalar, tem se apresentado como demanda crescente na atencao a saude em âmbito domiciliar, gerando assim a necessidade do desenvolvimento de estrategias para implementacao, organizacao e qualificacao do servico prestado aos usuarios. Diante desse cenario e considerando as recomendacoes sobre a TN no Sistema Unico de Saude - SUS (Portaria GM/MS n. 850 de 3/05/2012)1, que teve como finalidade orientar quanto a estruturacao de servicos para suporte nutricional no âmbito hospitalar, ambulatorial e domiciliar, foi elaborado esse protocolo no sentido de orientar os profissionais da equipe multidisciplinar que acompanham os individuos que fazem uso da Terapia Nutricional Enteral Domiciliar (TNED). Este protocolo e produto de uma extensa e embasada pesquisa do Programa de Mestrado Profissional em Ciencias para a Saude (MPCS) da Escola Superior em Ciencias da Saude (ESCS) da Fundacao de Ensino e Pesquisa em Ciencias da Saude (FEPECS) da Secretaria de Estado de Saude do Distrito Federal (SES-DF). Foi realizado na Secretaria Municipal de Saude (SMS) do municipio de Luziânia-Goias que atende aos pacientes do SUS. O objetivo deste protocolo e estruturar a pratica do nutricionista e da equipe multidisciplinar no âmbito da assistencia nutricional ao usuario em uso de TNED cadastrados no programa de dispensacao de formulas e dieta enteral da SMS e da Equipe Multidisciplinar de Assistencia Domiciliar (EMAD) do municipio de Luziânia-GO, podendo ser utilizado por outros servicos afins.
