Abstract

O livro Agricultura Familiar: o Programa de Aquisição de Alimentos e a Produção de Atores Sociais no Rural Brasileiro é fruto de pesquisas da área da sociologia rural que tem como perspectiva compreender em que medida este programa impacta a agricultura familiar com vistas a promover o desenvolvimento rural com centralidade na agricultura familiar. Neste livro, você irá encontrar reflexões, análises e problematizações sobre o Programa de Aquisição de Alimentos e como a agricultura familiar se coloca enquanto ator social do desenvolvimento social e econômico brasileiro. Atores estes que se afirmam na busca por autonomia e liberdade, produzindo e defendendo um projeto coletivo de (auto)reconhecimento e afirmação. Portanto, este livro tem como eixo central a noção de ator social e sua relação com a agricultura familiar e desenvolvimento a partir da intervenção realizada pelo Programa de Aquisição de Alimentos. Desejo a todas e todos uma boa leitura, boas reflexões e que os levem a problematizar ainda mais a realidade da agricultura familiar brasileira.
