ANÁLISE DOS DADOS DA PNAD 2012: COMPARATIVO DISTRITO FEDERAL E BRASIL

Abstract

A Pesquisa Nacional por Amostra de Domicílios (PNAD) realizada anualmente pelo Instituto Brasileiro e Geografia e Estatística (IBGE), é uma ferramenta importante para acompanhar, de forma sistemática, características gerais da população, como os avanços ou pioras nas condições socioeconômicas da população brasileira. Os dados da PNAD também subsidiam a formulação, o monitoramento e avaliação de políticas públicas, uma vez que além de refletir a situação da população brasileira, fornecem informações longitudinais sobre educação, trabalho, rendimento, habitação, dentre outras. A presente Nota Técnica apresenta a comparação de alguns resultados da PNAD em 2011 e 2012 para o Distrito Federal (DF) e Brasil, de forma a permitir observar mudanças ocorridas, identificando diferenças e similitudes na comparação entre os dois casos
