EMBALAGEM COMO FERRAMENTA DE MARKETING

Abstract

Atualmente embalagem é um meio de comunicação importante e principalmente nos dias de hoje onde vivemos conectados e com acesso a qualquer informação em tempo real. Kotler e Keller (2012, p. 368) afirmam: “[...] vários profissionais de marketing chamam a embalagem de o quinto P (do Inglês, packaging), juntamente com produto, preço, praça e promoção. [...]”. Diversos autores importantes, buscam como desenvolver e integrar cada vez mais este meio de comunicação, que é a embalagem as novas mídias eletrônicas. O presente estudo sugere a buscar e entender quais são as principais informações que uma embalagem deve possuir e como podemos usar este canal para convencer o consumidor a escolher o produto.
