Abstract

Abstract Systemic Lupus Erythematosus is an autoimmune disorder that affects several body systems. SLE cannot be cured and will always be present in the patient's body. Early adult women diagnosed with lupus can be at risk of experiencing low self-acceptance, this is due to physical and psychological changes. The purpose of this study is to see how the picture of self-acceptance in Odapus. This research method uses a descriptive study with quantitative methods. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with early adult female participants aged 18-25 years who were diagnosed with lupus and were in Bandung City. The measuring instrument used was the Unconditional Self-Acceptance Quettionare which has been adapted into Indonesian. The result of this study is that the self-acceptance of early adult Odapus is in the medium to high range. Abstrak. Systemic Lupus Erythematosus adalah gangguan autoimun yang berdampak terhadap beberapa sistem tubuh. SLE ini tidak bisa sembuh akan selalu ada pada tubuh penderita. Wanita dewasa awal yang terdiagnosis penyakit lupus bisa beresiko mengalami penerimaan diri yang rendah, hal ini dikarenakan terjadinya perubahan fisik maupun psikologis yang dirasaka oleh Odapus. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk melihat bagaimana gambaran penerimaan diri pada Odapus. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan studi deskriptif dengan metode kuantitatif. Teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu purposive sampling dengan partisipan wanita dewasa awal usia 18-25 tahun yang terdiagnosis penyakit lupus dan berada di Kota Bandung. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah Unconditional Self-Acceptance Quettionare yang sudah diadaptasi ke dalam Bahasa Indonesia. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu penerimaan diri Odapus dewasa awal berada pada rentang sedang sampai dengan tinggi.
