Implementasi Kampanye Politik sebagai Elektabilitas Pemilihan Kepala Desa

Abstract

Abstract. A campaign is an activity carried out by a person or political group to promote and convey their goals to the public and attract their attention to gain support. In a political campaign, communication must be two-way, there is reciprocity from the communicator and it reaches the communicant. This researcher identified the following: 1) How is the political campaign process in increasing the electability of the Margajaya Village Head? 2) How is the intensity of the political campaign carried out by the Head of Margajaya Village? 3) What are the factors that support and hinder the success of the campaign carried out by the Head of Margajaya Village? 4) Why did the Head of Margajaya Village use a political campaign using the Anjangsana method? The theory used in this research is Diffusion of Innovation which has 4 campaign stage processes, namely: Information, Persuasion, Reason and Confirmation. Which is used during the campaign process of the Margajaya Village Head, which will be studied in this study to determine the effectiveness of the campaign carried out by the Margajaya Village Head. The method used in this research is a qualitative case study method. The data collection techniques used in this research are observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. As a result of this research, the Head of Margajaya Village achieved his election by maintaining relationships with the people of Margajaya Village. In addition, conducting a personal campaign or using the Anjangsana method to the people of Margajaya Village to maintain the relationship with the village community. Political campaigns carried out by the Village Head personally to the community can find out directly the aspirations and complaints that are being faced. The Village Head can also deliver his campaign messages more openly and effectively. With this Anjangsana method campaign, the Village Head can achieve high electability during the Village Head election. Abstrak. Kampanye yaitu sebuah kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh seseorang atau sekelompok politik untuk mempromosikan dan menyampaikan tujuan mereka kepada masyarakat dan menarik perhatian mereka untuk mendapatkan dukungan. Dalam kampanye politik komunikasi yang dilakukan harus dua arah, adanya timbal balik dari komunikator dan sampainya kepada komunikan. Peneliti ini di indentifikasikan sebagai berikut: 1) Bagaimana proses kampanye politik dalam meningkatkan elektabilitas Kepala Desa Margajaya? 2) Bagaimana intensitas kampanye politik yang dilakukan oleh Kepala Desa Margajaya? 3) Apa saja faktor yang mendukung dan menghambat keberhasilan kampanye yang dilakukan oleh Kepala Desa Margajaya? 4) Mengapa Kepala Desa Margajaya menggunakan kampanye politik dengan metode Anjangsana?. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Difusi Inovasi yang memiliki 4 proses tahapan kampanye yaitu: Informasi, Persuasi, Alasan dan Konfirmasi. Yang digunakan selama proses kampanye Kepala Desa Margajaya, yang akan dikaji pada penelitian ini untuk mengetahui keefektifan kampanye yang dilakukan oleh Kepala Desa Margajaya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kualitatif studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini, Kepala Desa Margajaya dalam meraih keterpilihanya dengan cara menjaga relasi dengan masyarakat Desa Margajaya. Selain itu, melakukan kampanye secara personal atau menggunkan metode Anjangsana kepada masyarakat Desa Margajaya untuk menjaga tali silaturahim dengan masyarakat Desa. Kampanye politik yang dilakukan oleh Kepala Desa secara personal kepada masyarakat dapat mengetahui secara langsung aspirasi dan keluhan yang sedang dihadapi. Kepala Desa juga dapat menyampaikan pesan-pesan kampanyenya lebih terbuka dan efektif. Dengan kampanye metode Anjangsana ini Kepala Desa dapat meraih elektabilitas yang tinggi pada saat pemilihan Kepala Desa.
