Peran Aktivitas Fisik pada Kejadian Persalinan Normal

Abstract

Abstract. This literature study was conducted to collect literature on the role of physical activity in the normal labour. In this context physical activity plays a central role due to its influence on the labor process. Lack of physical activity in pregnant women can adversely affect the process of pregnancy or the baby in the womb because physical activity can facilitate the delivery of CO2 into the muscles of the uterus so that it becomes strong which leading to spontaneous childbirth and reducing the risk of abnormal labour. This research was conducted using description observational methods with a cross sectional approach.
