Abstract

Abstract. Short sleep duration leads to various health problems. a sleep process can be affected by many factors, one of which is a smartphone. Smartphone use increases personal screen time. this is find evidenced by previous studies of a relationship between smartphone usage and sleep duration. This study uses the literature research method. As a result, it was found that the time spent using smartphones reduced sleep time and that there was a relationship between usage time and sleep time. Abstrak. Durasi tidur yang pendek akan memghasilkan berbagai macam masalah kesehatan. Proses tidur bisa dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor salah satunya oleh smartphone. pemakaian smartphone akan meningkatkan screen time pada individu. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mencari bukti hubungan durasi screen time smartphone dengan durasi tidur penelitian-penelitian terdahulu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa durasi screen time smartphone dapat mengurangi durasi tidur dan terdapat hubungan antara durasi screen time dengan durasi tidur.
