Abstract

Employees have a strategic position, because humans can know what inputs are taken from the environment. And find out how to get, process or transform appropriately into output. This study aims to determine the effect of the Work Environment, Supervision, and Work Discipline on the Work Effectiveness of Employees of the Parungkuda Sukabumi Industrial and Refreshing Plant Research Institute (Balittri). This research uses descriptive and verifiable methods, using a quantitative research approach and operating the calculations using the IBMSPSS 25.0 program. The sampling technique is saturation sampling. Respondents in this study were employees of Balittri Parungkuda Sukabumi, amounting to 88 people. The results of this study concluded that: (1) The level of work environment felt by employees of Balittri Parungkuda Sukabumi is included in the Sufficient category (2) The level of supervision felt by employees of Balittri Parungkuda Sukabumi is included in the Sufficient category (3) The level of work discipline felt by employees of Balittri Parungkuda Sukabumi is included in the Sufficient category (4) The level of work effectiveness felt by employees of Balittri Parungkuda Sukabumi is included in the Sufficient category (5) There is an influence of the Work Environment on the Work Effectiveness of Employees of Balittri Parungkuda Sukabumi (6) There is an influence of Work Supervision on the Work Effectiveness of Employees of Balittri Parungkuda Sukabumi (7 ) There is an influence of Work Discipline on the Work Effectiveness of the Employees of Balittri Parungkuda Sukabumi (8) There is a simultaneous influence between the Work Environment, Supervision, and Work Discipline on the Work Effectiveness of the Employees of Balittri Parungkuda Sukabumi. Keywords: “Work Envionment, Supervision, Work Discipline, Work Effectiveness” Karyawan mempunyai kedudukan yang strategis, karena manusia yang dapat mengetahui apa input-input apa yang diambil dari lingkungan. Serta mencari tahu bagaimana cara mendapatkan, mengolah atau mentransformasikan secara tepat menjadi sebuah output. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja, Pengawasan, dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Efektivitas Kerja Karyawan Balai Penelitian Tanaman Industri dan Penyegar (Balittri) Parungkuda Sukabumi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif, dengan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dan mengoprasikan perhitungannya menggunakan program IBMSPSS 25.0. Pengumpulan data yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner, observasi, wawancara, dan beberapa perhitungan analisis. Teknik penarikan sampel adalah sampel jenuh. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Balittri Parungkuda Sukabumi yang berjumlah 88 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa: (1) Tingkat Lingkungan Kerja yang dirasakan oleh karyawan Balittri Parungkuda Sukabumi termasuk ke dalam kategori Cukup (2) Tingkat pengawasan yang dirasakan oleh karyawan Balittri Parungkuda Sukabumi termasuk ke dalam kategori Cukup (3) Tingkat disiplin kerja yang dirasakan oleh karyawan Balittri Parungkuda Sukabumi termasuk ke dalam kategori Cukup (4) Tingkat Efektivitas kerja yang dirasakan oleh karyawan Balittri Parungkuda Sukabumi termasuk kategori Cukup (5) Terdapat pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Efektivitas Kerja Karyawan Balittri Parungkuda Sukabumi (6) Terdapat pengaruh Pengawasan Kerja terhadap Efektivitas Kerja Karyawan Balittri Parungkuda Sukabumi (7) Terdapat pengaruh Disiplin Kerja terhadap Efektivitas Kerja Karyawan Balittri Parungkuda Sukabumi (8) Terdapat pengaruh secara simultan antara Lingkungan Kerja, Pengawasan, dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Efektivitas Kerja Karyawan Balittri Parungkuda Sukabumi.
