Analisis Pemeliharaan Mesin Produksi Panel Surya dengan Menggunakan Metode MTBF, MTTF, MTTR Utnuk Meminimumkan Biaya_Maintenance

Abstract

Abstract. The_purpose of thisssstudy is tooanalyze the current maintenanceeof the Solar Panel Production machine carried out by PT Len Industri and the maintenance of the solar panel production machine using the MTBF, MTTF, and MTTR methods to minimize maintenance costs at PT Len Industri basedddon company_data in 2021. This researchhuses case_study researchhmmethod with quantitative descriptive research. The data collection technique used is by using interview, observation and documentation techniques. The results show that PT Len Industri currently performs a maintenance system using the MTBF, MTTF, and MTTR maintenance_methods.BBased on the_calculation of the estimateddmaintenance costs, it shows that the MTBF, MTTF, and MTTR maintenance methods are better where maintenance_using the_Breakdown method_can generate a cost_of Rp. 3.790.232 per period or 0.35% below the cost of Preventive_maintenance. Meanwhile,wwhen compared_with the cost_of the company'ssspolicy, the Breakdownnmethod hassan efficiencyyof 0.30% Abstrak. Tujuan_dari_penelitian ini_adalah untuk_menganalisis pemeliharaan_mesin Produksi Panel Surya yang_dilakukan oleh PT Len Industri saat_ini_dan pemeliharaan mesin produksi panel surya menggunakan metode MTBF, MTTF, dan MTTR untuk_meminimumkannbiaya_pemeliharaan di Pada_PT Len Industri berdasarkan_data perusahanaan pada tahun 2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian studi_kasus dengan_jenis penelitian_deskriptifffkuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan_data yang digunakan adalah dengannmenggunakannteknik wawancara,oobservasi danndokumentasi. Hasil_penelitian menunjukkan_bahwa PT Len Industri pada_saat ini melakukan_sistem pemeliharaan_dengan menggunakan_metode pemeliharaanMTBF, MTTF, dan_MTTR. Berdasarkan perhitungan_mengenai perkiraan_biaya_pemeliharaan menunjukkan bahwa metode_pemeliharaan MTBF, MTTF, dan_MTTR lebih baik dimana dengan melakukan_pemeliharaan menggunakan_metode Breakdown_dapat menghasilkan biaya_sebesar Rp. 3.790.232 per periode atau sebesar 0,35 % dibawah_biaya pemeliharaan_Preventive.SSedangkannnapabila dibandingkannndengan biaya kebijakan_perusahaan metode_Breakdown memiliki_efesiensi sebesar 0,30 %.
