Pengaruh Implementasi Anggaran Berbasis Kinerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai

Abstract

Abstract. Employee Performance is important in achieving company goals because every employee in the organization is required to make a positive contribution through performance so that every company activity runs well. In fact, at PT Amphibi Studio Motionema there are obstacles where some employees are late to attend, and there are still some employees who lack work discipline towards time such as there are still employees who use work time for personal interests, and carry out activities outside the office work. The purpose of this study is to explain the implementation of performance-based budgets in digital companies in the city of Bandung, to explain the performance of employees in digital companies in the city of Bandung and to explain that performance-based budgets affect employee performance in digital companies in the city of Bandung. The research method used in this study is a verifiable method with a quantitative approach. The data source used in this study is primary data, namely questionnaires. Data analysis was performed using simple linear regression with SPSS applications. The sampling method used is non-probability sampling with convenience sampling technique by distributing it to 30 respondents at digital companies in Bandung. The results of the hypothesis show that the Implementation of a Performance-Based Budget affects Employee Performance. Abstrak. Kinerja Pegawai merupakan hal penting dalam mencapai tujuan perusahaan karena setiap pegawai dalam organisasi dituntut untuk memberikan kontribusi positif melalui kinerja agar setiap kegiatan perusahaan berjalan dengan baik. Pada kenyataannya di PT Amphibi Studio Motionema terdapat kendala dimana beberapa pegawai terlambat hadir, dan masih terdapat beberapa pegawai yang kurang disiplin kerja terhadap waktu seperti masih ada pegawai yang menggunakan waktu kerja untuk kepentingan pribadi, dan melakukan aktivitas diluar pekerjaan kantor. Tujuanipenelitian iniiuntuk menjelaskan implementasi anggaran berbasis kinerja pada perusahaan digital kota Bandung, untuk menjelaskan kinerja karyawan pada perusahaan digital kota Bandung dan untuk menjelaskan anggaran berbasis kinerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada perusahaan digital kota Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sumberidataiyangidigunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data primer yaitu kuesioner. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linear sederhana dengan aplikasi SPSS. Adapun metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan non probability isampling dengan Teknik convenience sampling dengan menyebarkan kepada 30 responden pada perusahaan digital kota Bandung. Hasil hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa Implementasi Anggaran Berbasis Kinerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai.
