Este artigo focaliza a realidade dos direitos humanos, identificando concepções, políticas e ações socioeducativas de intervenção. A abordagem qualitativa respaldou reflexões teóricas sobre direitos humanos, seu histórico e repercussões do Programa Nacional dos Direitos Humanos III, assim como viabilizou a realização das entrevistas e a análise de ações socioeducativas protagonizadas por grupos organizados da sociedade civil. O trabalho permitiu ampliar o conhecimento sobre práticas sociais, a trajetória dos movimentos pesquisados, suas proposições e perspectivas de mudanças a partir dos depoimentos dos seus gestores. Os resultados poderão nortear mudanças em prol de convivências humanizadoras e requalificação das ações programáticas.Palavras-chave: Direitos Humanos. Políticas Públicas. Ações Socioeducacionais.AbstractThis article focuses on the reality of human rights, identifying concepts, policies and activities of socio-educational intervention. The qualitative approach has supported theoretical reflections on human rights, its history and impact of the National Program for Human Rights III and it guaranteed interviews and the analysis of socio-educational activities undertaken by civil society organizations. Such work has allowed to broaden understanding of social practices, the path of movements researched, their proposals and prospects of changes based on their manager statements.
