Escribir en comunidad: prácticas colaborativas y reflexivas en grupos de escritura académica

Abstract

Los grupos de escritura académica constituyen comunidades de práctica que promueven el aprendizaje situado, la colaboración y la reflexión crítica. El presente estudio analiza las interacciones en un grupo virtual de escritura académica conformado por profesores investigadores, con el propósito de comprender si y de qué modo dichas interacciones contribuyen al aprendizaje, la reflexión crítica y la cohesión grupal. El estudio adopta un enfoque cualitativo-interpretativo, basado en la observación participante, notas de campo y transcripciones de seis reuniones virtuales que fueron analizadas mediante codificación temática y la clasificación de episodios propuesta por Rodas et al. (2021). Los resultados evidencian que, además de la revisión textual, las interacciones sobre organización grupal, actividades académicas y vida personal fueron fundamentales para distribuir roles, fortalecer la autonomía y la confianza y generar aprendizajes colectivos mediados por la colaboración y el reconocimiento mutuo. En conclusión, los grupos de escritura funcionan como espacios pedagógicos, sociales y políticos que, al integrar dimensiones cognitivas, relacionales y emocionales, contribuyen al bienestar, la equidad y la sostenibilidad del trabajo académico.
