Yamachiche Wireless Receiving Station was established as part of the Imperial Wireless Chain, run by Marconi Wireless Telegraph Co., and later run by the Canadian Overseas Telecommunication Corporation. Beyond telegraphy, the Station and its network were modified to adopt the emerging technologies of telephony, facsimiles, and teletype. The Station’s archives are calling for a researcher’s attention!
