Diversity and inclusion are keys to working successfully with others in groups, teams, classrooms, and workplaces. By developing their transcultural communication skills, participants learn more about themselves and understand how to better interact with others across their community. Completion of the workshop enhances the participants’ ability to have more inclusive communications across diverse populations.
