Abstract

Esta pesquisa investiga a lógica computacional por trás de formas arquitetônicas geradas parametricamente, visando criar novos modelos com base em princípios lógicos análogos aos casos analisados. Parte-se da premissa de que há uma relação intrínseca entre a forma arquitetônica e as regras matemáticas que as produziram, permitindo a hipótese inversa: ao analisar formas geradas por parametrização, é possível identificar e reproduzir as lógicas computacionais subjacentes. A compreensão dos mecanismos geradores de uma geometria tem o potencial de permitir a identificação, adaptação e transferência de elementos lógicos de um precedente projetual que podem ser reusados e ajustados em novas situações de projeto, produzindo variações geométricas distintas que são geradas por princípios lógicos similares ou análogos. A pesquisa ocorre em duas etapas: primeiro, são selecionados três exemplos arquitetônicos cujas lógicas formais permitem modelagem paramétrica; depois, investiga-se como modelos paramétricos podem gerar novas formas ao reutilizar e adaptar elementos da lógica computacional desses precedentes a partir do estabelecimento de analogias de projeto.
