El movimiento estudiantil de 1968

Abstract

 Los movimientos estudiantiles toman auge en el siglo XX, continuando hasta la época actual, manifestándose principalmente entre el nivel universitario, motivados siempre por protestas contra el sistema universitario o gubernamental y en otras ocasiones, como una forma de apoyo a reclamos de otros sectores de la sociedad, habiendo encontrado en la mayoría de los casos, el repudio del gobierno que se ha apoyado en el argumento de que los manifestantes ostentaban ideales de izquierda, socialistas y comunistas. En el presente trabajo se hará referencia al movimiento estudiantil en México, particularmente al acontecido en el año 1968, con el objetivo de analizar la trascendencia que tuvo esta revuelta universitaria, destacándose la reacción represiva del gobierno mexicano, para ponerle fin.
