A Eritroplasia de Queyrat é um carcinoma in situ raro do homem não circuncidado e o seu tratamento depende da extensão e localização da lesão. Descreve-se o caso clínico de um doente com 68 anos, com diagnóstico clínico e histológico de Eritroplasia de Queyrat. Atendendo às dimensões e localização da lesão, inviabilizando a opção cirúrgica, optou-se pelo tratamento com laser CO2. O doente foi submetido a uma única sessão de laserterapia. Os autores pretendem com este trabalho divulgar uma opção no tratamento da Eritropalsia de Queyrat. Até à data estão publicados somente quatro trabalhos reportando o uso desta modalidade terapêutica no tratamento de lesões penianas pré-malignas.PALAVRAS-CHAVE – Eritroplasia; Lasers; Tratamento com Laser; Dióxido de Carbono.
