Abstract

§ O presente estudo teve como objetivo minimizar os custos de transporte de madeira de uma empresa florestal por meio da utilização de programação linear inteira. Para tal, realizou-se um estudo detalhado sobre a rotina de cada caminhão coletando-se informações durante 5 meses (maio a setembro de 2014). O modelo proposto nesse estudo teve como objetivo minimizar o custo, determinando o número de viagens de cada caminhão à cada fazenda, de forma a atender à demanda da empresa, com base em informações referentes à carga ótima por veículo, tempo de deslocamento da fazenda até a indústria, dias trabalhados, volume total de madeira transportada, média diária de madeira transportada até o pátio da indústria, média de viagens por dia, quilometragem média diária, combustível consumido por dia e consumo médio. Também foram inseridos na modelagem os custos fixos e variáveis. O modelo apresentou desempenho satisfatório e condizente com o esperado, em que o caminhão com menor custo de produção foi o mais utilizado, tendo maior participação na solução nos 3 cenários. O modelo proposto atendeu aos objetivos do trabalho, otimizando a frota de caminhões no transporte de madeira das fazendas visando atender à demanda da fábrica com o menor custo.
