Ultrastructure of the Avian Myenteric Plexus

Abstract

La structure fine du plexus myentérique a été étudiée dans 21 glandes blanches mâles et femelles âgées de 4 semaines à 4 mois. Le ganglion du plexus myentérique était constitué d'un neuropile dense composé de corps de cellules nerveuses, d'axones myélinisés et non myélinisés, de cellules de Schwann et de cellules satellites. À la périphérie des ganglions se trouvaient une lame basale et un tissu conjonctif dense contenant des fibroblastes, des cellules interstitielles et des vaisseaux sanguins. Alors que la plupart des périkarya étaient recouverts de cellules satellites, certains d'entre eux se trouvaient directement sous la lame basale. Le périkarya présentait les caractéristiques structurelles de base des corps de cellules nerveuses. La majorité d'entre eux avaient un petit nombre de vésicules granulaires distribuées de manière aléatoire. De petits et grands profils d'axones ont été identifiés. Les petits profils d'axones contenaient principalement des microtubules et des neurofilaments, tandis que les grands profils (variqueux) contenaient principalement des vésicules granulaires et agranulaires. Les cellules de Schwann et satellites étaient structurellement similaires. Les cellules satellites formaient une spécialisation membranaire avec les neurones. La structure des cellules interstitielles ressemble à celle des fibroblastes.

La estructura fina del plexo mientérico se investigó en 21 leghorns blancos masculinos y femeninos de 4 semanas a 4 meses de edad. Los ganglios del plexo mientérico consistían en un neurópilo denso formado por cuerpos de células nerviosas, axones mielinizados y no mielinizados, células de Schwann y células satélite. En la periferia de los ganglios había una lámina basal y tejido conectivo denso que contenía fibroblastos, células intersticiales y vasos sanguíneos. Mientras que la mayoría de los pericarios estaban cubiertos por células satélite, algunos de ellos se encontraban directamente debajo de la lámina basal. Los pericarios mostraban las características estructurales básicas de los cuerpos de las células nerviosas. La mayoría de ellos tenían un pequeño número de vesículas granulares distribuidas al azar. Se identificaron perfiles de axones pequeños y grandes. Los perfiles de los axones pequeños contenían principalmente microtúbulos y neurofilamentos, mientras que los perfiles grandes (varicosos) contenían principalmente vesículas granulares y agranulares. Las células de Schwann y satélite eran estructuralmente similares. Las células satelitales formaron una especialización de membrana con las neuronas. The fine structure of the myenteric plexus was investigated in 21 male and female White Leghorns aged 4 weeks to 4 months.Ganglia of the myenteric plexus consisted of a dense neuropil made up of nerve cell bodies, myelinated and unmyelinated axons, Schwann cells and 'satellite cells.At the periphery of the ganglia was a basal lamina and dense connective tissue containing fibroblasts, interstitial cells and blood vessels.Whilst most of the perikarya were covered by satellite cells, some of them lay directly under the basal lamina.The perikarya displayed the basic structural features of nerve cell bodies.The majority of them had a small number of randomly distributed granular vesicles.Small and large axon profiles were identified.Small axon profiles contained mainly microtubules and neurofilaments, whilst the large (varicose) profiles contained mainly granular and agranular vesicles.The Schwann and satellite cells were structurally similar.Satellite cells formed membrane specialization with the neurons.The structure of the interstitial cells resembled that of fibroblasts.

تم التحقيق في البنية الدقيقة للضفيرة العضلية المعوية في 21 من الذكور والإناث من الليغورنيات البيضاء الذين تتراوح أعمارهم بين 4 أسابيع و 4 أشهر. تتكون عقدة الضفيرة العضلية المعوية من عصبون عصبي كثيف يتكون من أجسام الخلايا العصبية والمحاور النخاعية وغير النخاعية وخلايا شوان وخلايا الأقمار الصناعية. في محيط العقد كانت الصفيحة القاعدية والأنسجة الضامة الكثيفة التي تحتوي على الأرومات الليفية والخلايا الخلالية والأوعية الدموية. في حين أن معظم حوائط النواة كانت مغطاة بخلايا الأقمار الصناعية، فإن بعضها يقع مباشرة تحت الصفيحة القاعدية. عرضت حوائط النواة السمات الهيكلية الأساسية لأجسام الخلايا العصبية. كان لدى معظمها عدد صغير من الحويصلات الحبيبية الموزعة عشوائياً. تم تحديد ملامح المحاور الصغيرة والكبيرة. احتوت ملامح المحاور الصغيرة بشكل رئيسي على الأنابيب الدقيقة والفييلات العصبية، في حين أن الملامح الكبيرة (الدوالي) تحتوي بشكل رئيسي على الحبيبات الحبيبية والحويصلات الحبيبية. كانت شوان والخلايا الساتلية متشابهة هيكلياً. تم تشكيل غشاء الساتلية مع الخلايا العصبية.
