PENINGKATAN KOMPETENSI IoT MELALUI PELATIHAN PEMBUATAN WEB MAHASISWA D4 TEKNIK ELEKTRONIKA

Abstract

Di era Industri 4.0, mahasiswa Teknik Elektronika dituntut untuk menguasai integrasi antara perangkat keras dan antarmuka perangkat lunak melalui ekosistem Internet of Things (IoT). Namun, terdapat kesenjangan kompetensi di mana mahasiswa cenderung kuat pada sisi hardware namun lemah dalam penyajian data berbasis web. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi mahasiswa D4 Teknik Elektronika dalam pengembangan web dasar sebagai penunjang visualisasi data IoT. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan Project-Based Learning (PjBL) yang meliputi tahap persiapan, pelatihan intensif selama 16 jam, dan evaluasi melalui pre-test serta post-test. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada kemampuan teknis peserta, dengan kenaikan skor rata-rata dari 37,6 menjadi 76,3 (meningkat 103%). Mahasiswa berhasil membangun prototipe dashboard monitoring yang dilengkapi dengan grafik interaktif menggunakan HTML, CSS, dan JavaScript. Pelatihan ini efektif dalam membekali mahasiswa dengan keterampilan software yang integratif, sehingga meningkatkan daya saing mereka dalam merancang solusi IoT yang komprehensif di dunia industri.
