City, county, maintenance of streets in residential areas, such as the parish, cleanliness, lighting, water, receiving public services such as control of trades and an important role municipalities in Turkey which plays in local government, especially on the occasion of the head from the head through the selection of constitute a big importance for the peoples would. Municipalities that are capable of responding to all kinds of social needs of the public can also open workshops providing fine arts education to encourage the public to some hobby. Certain of these workshops also include ceramics. However, ceramics workshops are usually not preferred by municipalities because of their financial expenses. One of the best example of these is the ceramic workshop of Kepez Municipality of Canakkale. Under the leadership of the Municipality of Kepez, since 2012, as an example of a ceramic workshop serving the people of Canakkale, we have examined the Balik Park Ceramics Workshop. Since 2012, the workshop has been conducted, the courses examined, their contribution to the public and the municipality was emphasized. It is aimed to be an example for the municipalities which will perform ceramic workshop as an example place and case study.
