Historical buildings are cultural assets that provide the relationship between the past and present and future and give us important information about the construction techniques of the period, material properties as well as events from past to present. For these reasons, these structures need to be protected and transferred to future generations. Undoubtedly, one of the most important events that damage historical buildings is the earthquake. Today, the effects of the earthquake can be predicted through various programs in computer environment. In this research, finite element model and analysis of the masjid part of Hasbey Dar’ul Huffazi, which is one of the structures of Karahanlilar Period, located in the center of Konya and built by Mehmed the son of Hatipli Haci Hasbey in 1421 (H.824), was performed in SAP 2000 program. Two different loads are defined on the model. The first one indicates constant loads and the second one indicates the effects of ground movements described in the earthquake spectrum specific to Konya. As a result of the analyzes, the earthquake behavior of the historical building was examined.
