Infarto agudo de miocardio

Abstract

Se estudia en forma prospectiva con protocolo modificado del “MEMORIAL HOSPITAL” 40 pacientes con infarto agudo de miocardio, ingresados desde octubre de 1981 hasta mayo de 1986. De ellos, 28 corresponden al Hospital del IESS (Cuenca) y 12 a la Clínica Santa Inés. Del total de casos, 32 son del sexo masculino y 8 del sexo femenino. Se estudian los factores de riesgo, localización del infarto, clase funcional, radiografía de tórax (valoración), complicaciones, época de deambulación y mortalidad. Los resultados generales observados pueden considerarse como comparables a los de otros centros
