Modélisation des circulations transitoire et résiduelle : application à l'estuaire de la Casamance (Sénégal)

Abstract

Ce travail presente une mise au point de modeles d'environnement bases sur une procedure iterative qui evolue suivant quatre etapes interdependantes: la recolte des donnees qui a fourni la base indispensable au choix des processus physiques a analyser; ces derniers ont ete decrits par un modele mathematique dont les equations differentielles traitees selon la methode de discretisation des differences finies ont conduit a l'outil utilise pour les simulations de divers cas de figures. La reflexion sur les mouvements des masses d'eau dans l'estuaire de la casamance repose sur une etude menee pas a pas qui a conduit a des modeles de traitement des circulations transitoire et residuelle dans le milieu. Les differents choix effectues ont ete justifies a partir d'une analyse detaillee des schemas d'integration utilises et des proprietes numeriques associees aux discretisations spatio-temporelles des equations du mouvement
