HUBUNGAN PENGETAHUAN IBU BALITA DENGAN PERILAKU KUNJUNGAN BALITA KE POSYANDU

Abstract

Target cakupan penimbangan balita ke posyandu di Indonesia sebesar 85%, sementara cakupan penimbangan balita di posyandu Kabupaten Kudus masih dibawah target pemerintah yaitu sebesar 81,93%. Cakupan kunjungan ke posyandu rendah terjadi karena beberapa faktor salah satunya yaitu pengetahuan ibu. Pengetahuan merupakan salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi terbentuknya sikap seseorang. Pengetahuan ibu sangat berpengaruh terhadap perilaku ibu untuk mengikuti kunjungan ke posyandu bersama anaknya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan ibu balita dengan perilaku kunjungan balita ke posyandu. Metode penelitiannya adalah kuantitatif dengan desain analitik, dan pendekatan cross sectional. Teknik sampling dengan Cluster Sampling di 5 posyandu dari 8 posyandu dengan jumlah responden 99 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini pengetahuan ibu baik (74,7%) dan berperilaku baik (89,9 %). Berdasarkan uji non parametik korelasi spearman rank di dapatkan ada hubungan yang significant antara tingkat pengetahuan ibu balita dengan perilaku kunjungan balita ke posyandu dengan ƿ value 0,000 (< 0,05). Manfaat penelitian ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan jumlah kunjungan ibu dalam membawa anaknya ke posyandu sehingga meningkatkan deteksi dini tumbuh kembang balita. Saran bagi ibu yang mempunyai anak balita dapat menambah informasi mengenai pentingnya posyandu, sehingga dapat memenuhi cakupan kunjungan posyandu.Kata Kunci : Pengetahuan, Perilaku, Kunjungan Posyandu
