MODELO TEÓRICO DE ASOCIATIVIDAD EMPRESARIAL PARA EL ÉXITO EXPORTADOR DE MYPES: UN ENFOQUE BASADO EN TEORÍAS ECONÓMICAS, SOCIALES Y DE COMPORTAMIENTO

Abstract

El presente estudio analiza los factores que dificultan la asociatividad empresarial entre micro y pequeñas empresas (MYPES) en el Perú, proponiendo un modelo teórico orientado a fortalecer su capacidad exportadora. Partiendo del reconocimiento de barreras culturales, estructurales y de comportamiento, se aplicó una metodología de enfoque mixto, combinando entrevistas a profundidad y encuestas estructuradas a empresarios MYPES y actores del entorno institucional en Arequipa. Mediante análisis factorial confirmatorio se validaron 22 hipótesis que vinculan variables conductuales como confianza, compromiso y gobernanza con resultados económicos y no económicos. Los hallazgos revelan que la desconfianza, el individualismo y el oportunismo limitan los esfuerzos colaborativos, mientras que una gobernanza efectiva y el desarrollo de capacidades intangibles fortalecen la cooperación empresarial. El modelo teórico propuesto integra variables relacionales, institucionales y estratégicas, y demuestra ser útil para orientar políticas públicas de fomento a la asociatividad. Se concluye que la asociatividad no es solo un mecanismo técnico, sino una práctica social compleja que requiere marcos normativos, liderazgo ético y una cultura empresarial colaborativa.
