Abstract

Abstrak Latar Belakang: Teknik anestesi spinal merupakan teknik anestesi yang digunakan untuk menghambat rasa nyeri pada sebagian tubuh dengan memiliki kekurangan seperti terjadinya hipotensi, sedangkan hipotensi dikaitkan dengan PONV. semakin tinggi nilai integrasi waktu hipotensi intraoperatif, semakin tinggi pula kejadian PONV. Pemeliharaan tekanan darah yang ketat pada saat masuk kamar operasi dapat menyebabkan penurunan PONV pada pasien sectio caesarea. Tujuan: Mengetahui Hubungan Antara Hipotensi Dengan Kejadian Post Operative Nausea and Vomiting (PONV) Pada Pasien Sectio Caesarea Dengan Spinal Anestesi. Metode Penelitian: Metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian analitik observasional. Dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pasien yang menjalani operasi Sectio Caesarea dengan spinal anestesi sebanyak 30 responden, dengan tehnik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian untuk kejadian PONV dengan lembar observasi Skor Gordon dan untuk Hipotensi dengan Bedsite monitor. Hasil Penelitian: Hasil uji Spearman rho didapatkan hasil nilai p= 0,045< (α = 0,05). Mayoritas responden hipotensi (96,7%), sebagian responden tidak hipotensi (3,3%) sedangkan penilaian PONV merasa mual saja (63,3%), hampir setengah responden mengalami retching (33,3%), dan kecil responden tidak merasa mual dan muntah (3,3%). Untuk karakteristik responden sebagian besar responden berusia 26-35 tahun (80%), sedangkan sebagian kecil responden berusia 17-25 tahun (20%), mayoritas responden SMA (89,7%), sedangkan sebagian kecil responden perguruan tinggi (13,3%), setengah responden kategori ringan (56,7%), sedangkan hampir setengah responden kategori sedang (43,3%), kebanyakan responden ASA II (66.7%), sedangkan kecil responden ASA I (20%). Simpulan: Ada hubungan antara hipotensi dengan kejadian post operative nausea and vomiting (PONV) pada pasien sectio caesarea dengan spinal anestesi.
