Abstract

Como é sabido, institucionalizar a justiça penal internacional é um velho anseio da comunidade internacional. A existência de conflitos internacionais e as sucessivas violações dos direitos humanos despoletaram a necessidade de assegurar a punição de todas as atrocidades, porém, não foi fácil descortinar uma fórmula eficaz para atingir esse desiderato.
