Abstract

Dissertação (mestrado)—Universidade de Brasília, Instituto de Química, 2016. ; O traballho descreve a sintese de nanoparticulas de ouro (np-Au) na presença de estabilizantes poliméricos, a caracterização da estrutura e algumas propriedades. As np-Au foram sintetizadas tanto por método químico, via redução de ácido cloroaurico (HAuCl4) com citrato e na presença do poli liquido iônico, hidrocloreto de poli(1-vinil-3-N-carboximetilimidazólio) (PVAIE), quanto por método fotoquímico, empregando-se luz UV (254 nm), na presença do polímero poli(etileno imina) ramificado (PEI).As soluções coloidais resultantes de np-Au-PVAIE e np-Au-PEI foram caracterizadas por espectroscopia UV-vis, espalhamento de luz dinâmico (DLS) e mobilidade eletroforética, e a morfologia investigada por microscopia eletrônica de transmissão (MET). As np-Au-PVAIE foram posteriormente depositadas em filmes ultrafinos pela técnica de automontagem Layer-by-Layer (LbL) e por meio da voltametria cíclica, os filmes de np-Au-PVAIE depositados sobre eletrodo de ITO são capazes de conduzir a interconversãoferricianetoferrocianeto com taxas de transferência eletrônica maiores que aquelas determinadas com eletrodo de ITO sem filme. Da mesma forma, tais filmes permitem conduzir a oxidação e detecção de cisteína. As amostras de np-Au-PEI sãoformadas também por partículas esféricas. Essas nanopartículas podem ser obtidas sob luz ambiente, apenas pela ação redutora dos fótons de luz incidente. No entanto, nessa condição são necessárias cerca de 5 h de reação. Por outro lado, a luz UV acelera o processo que pode ser concluído num intervalo de 10 minutos. As np-Au-PEI não apresentam toxicidade quando avaliadas em ensaio de viabilidade celular com células de adenocarcinoma da mama humano (MCF - 7, American Type Culture Collection EUA) e células do tecido conjuntivo humano normais. ; This work describes the synthesis of gold nanoparticles (np-Au) in presence of polymeric stabilizers and characterization of their structure and some properties.
