Abstract

Monografia (graduação)—Universidade de Brasília, Instituto de Ciências Sociais, Departamento de Sociologia, 2011. ; Este trabalho teve por objetivo analisar a externalidade do serviço prestado da empresa de manutenção dos equipamentos de Sinalização do sistema metroviário do Distrito Federal. Observando a lógica interna de funcionamento da empresa de manutenção, e o produto desta interação organizacional, a saber, a qualidade do serviço prestado. Foi percebido que a forma individualizada com que os diversos setores organizacionais da empresa se relacionam, com o intuito de prestar o serviço contratado, afeta a construção da melhoria contínua. Houve aplicação de questionário para perceber dos funcionários como eles vêem seu ambiente de trabalho, de acordo com as dimensões: Individualismo, Coletivismo, Horizontalidade e Verticalidade. Foram usadas neste trabalho algumas das idéias de Pierre Bourdieu e Anthony Giddens sobre agência e estrutura. A forma como estes dois elementos se entrelaçam na conduta cotidiana dos trabalhadores da manutenção. ; This study aimed to examine the externality of the provided service of the maintenance‟s company of Signaling equipment of the subway system of the Federal District. Observing the functioning of the internal logic of the maintenance‟s company, and the product of these organizational interaction, as known, the quality of service provided. It was realized that an individuality base with the various sectors of the company‟s business are related, in order to provide the contracted service, It affects the construction of continuous improvement. Therefore, was made an appraisal form to evaluate the employees ideas and understand how they view their work environment, according to the dimensions: Individualism, Collectivism, Horizontally and Vertically. Were used in this work some of the ideas of Pierre Bourdieu and Anthony Giddens on agency and structure. The way of these two elements are intertwined in the everyday conduct of maintenace workers.
