Abstract

In deze beschouwing wordt ingegaan op de vraag of twee beleidsuitingen van de belastingdienst met elkaar te rijmen zijn en of deze passen in de zogeheten basisconceptie die aan de Wet op de dividendbelasting 1965 ten grondslag ligt. Ook wordt onderzocht of deze basisconceptie aanpassing behoeft, dan wel of een uitzondering op deze basisconceptie voor een inkoop van eigen aandelen tegen een lagere prijs dan de gemiddeld op die aandelen gestorte kapitaal noodzakelijk is.
