Roths spots are retinal haemorrhages with white or pale centres composed of coagulated fibrin. They are usually caused by immune complex mediated vasculitis. Roths spots are usually pathognomonic for subacute infective endocarditis. A case of leukaemia was presented to our OPD for fundus opinion. On ophthalmoscopy Roths spots were seen in all the quadrants of both the eyes.
